Returns & Funds Policy
This Returns & Funds Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for purchases of courses or related services from Undiscovered Profits. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
1. General Policy
All sales of digital courses and educational materials are considered final at the time of purchase, subject only to the limited refund rights described in this Policy. Because our products are delivered electronically, there are no physical goods to return, and access to the purchased material is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment. As such, traditional “return” procedures do not apply. Instead, we provide a narrowly tailored refund mechanism designed to balance customer satisfaction with protection against misuse of our services.
2. Refund Eligibility
We provide a thirty (30) day refund window, measured from the date of purchase. Refunds will be granted only in circumstances where the purchaser, in good faith, determines that they did not learn anything new from the course materials. To request a refund, the purchaser must provide a clear written statement within the thirty-day period indicating that the course failed to provide new knowledge or educational value. Refund requests made outside this time frame will not be honored under any circumstances.
3. Conditions and Limitations
Refunds are not available for reasons other than the lack of new educational content. Dissatisfaction arising from lack of personal effort, failure to apply the material, disagreement with instructional style, or other subjective preferences will not constitute valid grounds for a refund. Refund requests are evaluated based on the honesty and good faith of the purchaser, and Undiscovered Profits reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to multiple purchases followed by repeated refund claims.
4. Method of Refund
Where a refund is granted, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by law. Refunds will be issued within a commercially reasonable period following approval of the request, although processing times may vary depending on the financial institution involved. We do not assume liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5. No Partial Refunds
Refunds are granted, if approved, in full for the course purchased. We do not offer partial refunds for incomplete use, partial participation, or for bundled or package purchases where some components were accessed or used.
6. Abuse of Policy
The refund process is intended to provide assurance of fairness and educational integrity. Abuse of this process, including repeated refund requests across multiple products, will result in the forfeiture of refund rights and may lead to denial of access to future purchases or services. Undiscovered Profits reserves the right to protect itself from fraudulent or bad-faith refund claims.
7. Final Authority
All determinations regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of Undiscovered Profits. Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding. Nothing in this Policy is intended to diminish or restrict any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
